Welcome to Tonerthrift. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Tonerthrift that governs your access to and use of the site, including its content, functionality, products, and services.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we ship the product and send a shipping confirmation email.

Prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD). Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping charges, or other fees.

We accept major credit cards and debit cards where available through secure payment processors. We do not accept cash, checks, or cash on delivery.

If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and offer the choice to continue at the corrected price or receive a refund.

Shipping details, rates, delivery timeframes, service areas, and restrictions are explained in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Processing and delivery may be affected by carrier performance, weather, holidays, inventory checks, or events outside our control.

You must provide accurate and complete shipping information. Additional costs may apply if a package must be reshipped because of an address error you provided.

Our Refund and Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Please review it before buying so you understand eligibility, timing, return shipping, inspection, and refund processing.

Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Opened or used items may be subject to a restocking fee depending on condition.

If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, contact us promptly so we can review replacement or refund options.

Site content, including text, graphics, logos, images, data, software, product descriptions, and design elements, belongs to Tonerthrift or its content suppliers and licensors.

Product names, brand names, manufacturer names, and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Tonerthrift is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by printer manufacturers unless expressly stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, sell, modify, distribute, or exploit site content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Products may include applicable manufacturer warranties. Tonerthrift does not provide manufacturer warranty service, repairs, or technical support unless expressly stated.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tonerthrift disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Product recommendations and specifications are informational and should not be treated as professional advice for specialized printing needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tonerthrift's total liability related to these Terms, site use, or product purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Tonerthrift is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

Tonerthrift is not responsible for third-party acts or omissions, including those of carriers, payment processors, manufacturers, or internet service providers.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tonerthrift and its personnel from claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs arising from your use of the site, violation of these Terms, violation of another party's rights, or violation of applicable law.

These Terms and disputes related to site use or product purchases are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact Tonerthrift to try to resolve the issue informally.

The parties agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve disputes informally for 30 days after written notice describing the dispute.

If unresolved, disputes may proceed through the formal dispute process available under applicable law. Claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class or representative action where permitted.

By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you consent to receive electronic communications from Tonerthrift, including order confirmations, shipping notices, account updates, and administrative messages.

You may opt out of promotional emails, but you may not opt out of transactional or administrative emails related to orders or account activity.

Tonerthrift may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the site with a revised last updated date.
