Standard shipping is available throughout the continental United States.
After processing is complete, most orders arrive within 2-3 business days.
We serve all 50 US states. International delivery is not currently offered.
Orders move into processing within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. During that window, we review the order, prepare the printer for shipment, and create the shipping label.
The standard handling period is 1-2 business days and covers order review, printer quality inspection, secure packing, and carrier handoff.
We use established national carriers to deliver refurbished printers safely and on schedule.

Delivery windows are estimates and begin once processing is complete. Actual arrival dates can vary by destination, carrier workload, and service conditions.
Tonerthrift ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories may need extra transit time, usually 3-5 additional business days, and may include additional shipping charges.
Because printers are large and heavy, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. APO/FPO shipping is available for military addresses, but delivery may take longer.
At this time, Tonerthrift ships only within the United States. We do not currently ship to Canada, Mexico, or any other international destination.
During busy shopping periods, processing and delivery can take longer than usual. Ordering early gives your shipment the best chance of arriving on time.
Weather events, natural disasters, and carrier disruptions may create delays outside our control. If your order is materially affected, we will contact you by email.
Our processing facility closes on federal holidays. Orders submitted on or near those dates will be handled on the next business day.
When your order leaves our facility, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link for real-time package updates.
If a package arrives damaged or is lost while in transit, contact us right away. We will coordinate with the carrier, file the required claim, and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If an incorrect address causes the package to be returned, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
