30-Day Return Policy

Eligible printers may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Sealed items and opened-but-unused items may qualify for a full refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is based on the reason for return. We cover approved returns caused by our mistake or a verified defect.

Fast Refunds

After inspection, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Your bank may need more time to post the credit.

If your refurbished printer purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.

Restocking Fee Structure

  • Unopened, factory-sealed items: full refund with no restocking fee.
  • Opened, unused items in like-new condition: full refund with no restocking fee.
  • Opened items showing use: up to a 15% restocking fee depending on condition.

Any restocking fee is determined after we inspect the returned item. Factors may include installed or used ink, printed test pages, missing packaging, missing accessories, or evidence of installation.

Eligible Returns

  • Products should be returned in original packaging when available, with all accessories, manuals, and included components.
  • The product must be resalable and free from physical damage.
  • A purchase receipt or order number is required.
  • Return requests must be started within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returns that are missing accessories or packaging, or that arrive with physical damage, may receive a partial refund or be refused.

Opened Products

You may open the box to inspect the printer. Opened products remain returnable when the printer is unused, in like-new condition, and returned with original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

If the item shows use, including test prints or ink use, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply after we assess its condition.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs depend on why the item is being returned. If the return is caused by our error, such as sending the wrong item, or by a verified defect, we will provide a prepaid label at no cost.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping unless we confirm otherwise in writing. After approval, we will send instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Contact Us

Send your order number to info@tonertonerthrift.com to start a return request.

Receive Return Authorization

We will provide return authorization details and shipping instructions. Please wait for those instructions before sending anything back.

Pack Your Printer

Pack the printer securely, preferably in the original box, with all accessories, manuals, and included parts.

Ship Your Return

Use the return shipping instructions we provide and save the tracking number for your records.

Receive Your Refund

Once inspection is complete, eligible refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refund Processing

After we receive the returned printer and confirm its condition, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. We will email you when the refund has been issued.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit.

If we cannot refund the original payment method, we will contact you to confirm another method. Store credit will only be used if you agree.

Damaged or Defective Items

If a printer arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible after delivery. When possible, report visible shipping damage within 48 hours so we can resolve it faster.

Please send photos of the damage or describe the defect, keep the original packaging and materials, and follow the return instructions we send.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, these items are not returnable after opening:

Unopened ink cartridges and supplies may be returned within 30 days under this policy.
